Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your dancewear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our flexible returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dance underwear (including tights and camisoles)
- Customized items
- Debut & First Performance Costumes
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your request
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Ship Items Back: Package securely and send to our UK return address (provided in approval email)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the standard return process and clearly state your desired replacement item/size. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
